A graduate of Obafemi Awolowo UnivesityIle-Ife, was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986. He worked for F.S.Akinbisehin & CO. (SAN), G.S., Ebeagwu & Co., Wole Olufon & Co. where he specialized in Intellectual and Industrial Property Practice. He is the Chairman Continuous Legal Education Committee Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, Ikeja Branch 2008 – 2010, Chairman Legal Advisory Committee NBA Ikeja Branch 2008 – 2010, Legal Adviser/Counsel to NBA Ikeja Branch 2008 till date, Resource Person/Facilitator of Continuous Legal Education Committee of NBA Ikeja 2010 till date, Columnist Professor’s Podium SQUIB LAW MAGAZINE 2004 till date, Associate/Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (United Kingdom) Nigerian Branch. Member Editorial Board of Law Reform Commission Lagos State (2013 – 2015) whose tenure is responsible for the compilation of the recently Revised Laws of Lagos State 2015. Mr. Adewale is a Consummate Litigator who has been involved in litigation in virtually all areas of Legal Practice up to the highest level.
He is also a prolific writer and erudite legal scholar who has written over 500 articles published in various legal journals and magazines and on account of his Scholarship, Mr. Adewale has earned the sobriquet ‘Prof.’ (Non-Academic) by which he is well known and highly respected in the legal community all over Lagos State.
Mr. Adewale being a knowledge-driven personality attends professional courses, seminars, and workshops regularly.
He attended the first ever workshop held by NBA Ikeja on the introduction of the then new Rules of Court in October 2004 at the Airport Hotel Ikeja.
He was a Facilitator/Resource person at the Seminar held by DFID in Conjunction with NBA Ikeja at Astra Hotel Alausa Ikeja on the Electoral Process and Elections petition in Nigeria held in July 2006
He attended NBA Lagos Branch Continuous Legal Education Committee Seminar on Legal Writing, Interviewing and Counseling skills held on 21st June 2006.
He attended NCMG College of Negotiation Introductory Workshop on Commercial Negotiation Strategies for Lawyers organized by Courthouse LMDC on November 9, 2010.
He has been a Resource Person at all Continuous Legal Education programs held by NBA Ikeja from 2010 till date.
He attended the Entry Course of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (U.K) Nigeria Branch held on the 10th and 11th September 2015.
Awarded Introductory Certificate in Arbitration by CIArb (U.K) on 7th December 2012.
Attended and co-sponsored the Human Rights symposium held on 5th October 2015.
